Xentropy is built around one idea: capturing a thought should take zero decisions. No folder to pick, no title to write, no tag to assign. Just capture and walk away — the AI does the rest.

#

The fastest way to capture. Open the app, tap the mic, and speak naturally.

  1. Open Xentropy on your phone
  2. Tap the microphone button (or use the lock-screen widget)
  3. Speak — a sentence or a five-minute ramble
  4. Walk away — everything else happens automatically

Voice notes are processed asynchronously: transcription (Whisper), summarization, tag extraction, and folder suggestion all happen in the background. You'll see the result on your Wall moments later.

#

  1. Tap the compose button (bottom-right corner of the Wall)
  2. Type your thought
  3. Hit Save

No title, no folder — just the thought. Xentropy will analyze and organize it.

#

  1. Tap the compose button
  2. Select the Photo tab
  3. Take or choose a photo

The photo is stored alongside any AI-enriched analysis. Text in images is not yet extracted — coming soon.

#

  • Web: use the compose button on the Wall or the quick-capture hotkey
  • Mobile: lock-screen widget, share sheet from any app
  • Email-in: forward emails to your Xentropy inbox (coming soon)

Once you capture something, Xentropy's AI pipeline processes it:

  1. Transcribe — voice is transcribed via Whisper
  2. Analyze — the content is summarized, tagged, and analyzed for entities
  3. Embed — a vector embedding is created for semantic search
  4. Connect — related notes are linked in the knowledge graph
  5. Suggest — a folder is suggested (you can accept or ignore it)

All of this happens in seconds. The result appears on your Wall — no action needed.
